Hi, I'm Anycia Mari !

I am so proud of you, for taking the first steps to redesign your life and become a healthier, better version of yourself.

This means, you have reached a breaking point in your life, some may call it, mid life crisis or my term, rock bottom.

I have been there.

After the death of my beautiful grandmother, a failing marriage, no career and lost identity, I decided to invest in myself. I had to give myself love and learn forgiveness, so that I could heal. In order to live a healthy and happy life, I had to truly heal from mental enslavement.

I was a prisoner of my mind. I was miserable and unsure how to liberate myself.

The first step for me was forgiveness. I had to forgive myself for all the lies removing negativity, from my mind. This process was the most difficult.

My past traumas, and negative experiences controlled my way of thinking, which controlled my life. I had to figure out WHO I was, WHY, and who I wanted to become.

I became intentional with every detail of my life; rebuilding a new foundation for myself, and for my family. My children are my biggest motivation.

After many long years of self-development work, I have found my LIGHT and my PURPOSE;

To inspire and empower individuals to become the best version of themselves.

I found purpose in my pain!

I am no longer a victim of child molestation, domestic violence, depression and suicide,

I am a SURVIVOR, A WARRIOR.

Life is always teaching you lessons, some new, some old. What are you learning?

I learned, that only YOU, can take the first step towards greatness and creating a life you love.

My purpose is to help guide, encourage you through your journey so you can find and share your light !
